We use an industrial heat press to apply images to your shirt.

Images

For multi-colour images on cotton shirts we use a professional grade A4 transfer which has a slightly soft feel which will feel softer after a few washes.

For multi-colour images on non-white shirts we use a professional grade A4 transfer designed specifically for darker coloured shirts, the image is actually on a white coloured backing. These are not as soft to the touch as the image transfers used on white shirts.

For multi-colour images on non-cotton (ie. polyester based, such as those used in our performance wear) we use special sublimation transfers and inks from our dedicated sublimation printer. When applied, the ink becomes part of the material.

For single colour images, we have the option of using heat transfer vinyl - this is the most expensive option, is soft the touch and can be washed at higher temperatures.

Text

Text can be included as part of any of our image transfer papers at no extra charge.

Optionally you can opt to have separate text in our heat transfer vinyl, this is ideal for things like a players name or number on the back of a shirt for example.

Washing temperatures

Cotton shirts with heat transfers applied - cool wash, iron inside out.

Polyester based shirts with sublimated image - normal wash, recommended not to iron image without protective towel.
